We used to be friends but then he started getting annoying and i stopped spending so much time with him...then we stopped hanging out/talking to each other, recently he asked me out and i told him i couldnt date cuz i had alot going on in my life...then he asked me to prom and i said i was going out to eat with my friends and he still texts me/facebooks me/ or calls me once a week

Would you say this guy is obsessed with me?
I would say he's obsessed if it was everyday but if its onle once a week, I wouldnt worry about it. He obviously still wants to be your friend. Nothing wrong with that
